WENHAM, Mass. – Junior midfielder Patrick White (Milton, MA) led the way with four goals and three assists as the Western New England men's lacrosse squad remained unbeaten in The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) after posting a 17-3 victory over Gordon on Saturday (Apr. 9) afternoon.

The Golden Bears have captured four straight wins and are 9-3 overall with a 7-0 mark in TCCC play. The Fighting Scots slip to 6-5 on the year and are now 5-1 in conference.

Freshman attackers Adam Knapton (Canandaigua, NY) and Justin McKinney (Niskayuna, NY) each made solid contributions; as Knapton tallied two goals and two assists, while McKinney had a goal and three assists.

Sophomore attacker Corrigan Harreys (Essex, CT) scored three goals and added an assist.

Senior midfielder Anthony Monfredo (West Islip, NY), and junior midfielder Andrew Mariani (East Brunswick, NJ) each knotched a pair of goals and an assist for WNEC.

Junior goalkeeper Brewster Knowlton (Somers, CT) had another sensational effort, making 14 saves for the win.

Western New England returns to action on Tuesday (Apr. 12), hosting Roger Williams at 7:00 p.m. in conference play.
