Troy, N.Y. - The Western New England University women's tennis team won three matches without giving up a game as the Golden Bears routed the Sage Colleges, 9-0, on Tuesday afternoon at Prospect Park. Western New England improves to 4-3 overall after winning its season-best third-straight outing, while Sage falls to 0-7.
Sophomore
Jessica Breitweg was one of four Golden Bears who won two matches today. She swept Samantha Dibbell at No. 5 singles, 6-0, 6-0, and teamed with classmate
Alice Mathews for an 8-3 No. 3 doubles victory over Amrita Singh and Dibbell.

Corey St. Louis also swept her No. 6 singles opponent without surrendering a game. Senior co-captain

Western New England hits the court again on Monday against Commonwealth Coast Conference opponent Gordon College in Wenham, Mass. The Gators are back in action on Friday hosting St. Joseph's College-Brooklyn in a 3:30 p.m. match.
