SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (December 4, 2025) – Four members of the Western New England women's wrestling team continue their ranked status in the most recent The Open Mat national rankings, while the team ranks 25th overall in the country in the latest Team Dual national ranks.

Maddie Ripley sits 18th overall in the nation in the 117 lb. weight class. Ripley has gone 10-1 for the Golden Bears in the weight class this season, becoming a dominant Golden Bear in her first season. The Owls Head, Maine, native has won five matches via fall and three wins coming by technical fall this season. In her most recent action, Ripley went 6-1 at the East Stroudsburg University duals.

Junior Linda Holeman continues her ranked status in the 124 lb. weight class, sitting 13th nationally by The Open Mat. Holeman has ten wins on the season for Western New England over 12 matches. Holeman took second place at the Princeton University Open to begin the season and went on to pick up a 5-1 record at the ESU Duals before the short holiday break. Holeman is tied for a team lead with seven technical fall victories on the season.

Jazmene Molina has fit right into the Western New England starting lineup this season after transferring from Utica University. Molina has been stellar on the mat this season, going 9-1 overall and was a perfect 4-0 at the ESU duals two weekends ago.
