Nardone followed that with a goal assisted by Rudgers. Then, Owen Griggs made his mark on the game with a goal assisted by Rudgers.
  • Just over a minute later, Rudgers scored his hat-trick goal, and 1:06 after that, Grant scored again off a Griggs assist. WNE's lead was up to 14. A number of minutes would pass before another goal was scored. Griggs picked up a third point with a goal. Andrew Nolan recorded an assist. Ryan Arthur would then pick up his second point to cut the lead to 19-5.
